Overview
The QKC (formerly known as DC-3) course is based on advanced defined contribution testing and plan design techniques.
Who It’s For
It is created for senior relationship managers, compliance testers, and plan designers.
What It Takes
- Earn your QKA first and then pass the QKC exam.
- Before enrolling in any ASPPA Training, please consult with your manager to discuss the time requirements, commitment involved, and the business need. This will ensure you have the necessary time and commitment to complete the course prior to enrolling.
- Access to the course and exam will be available for 180 days from the initial date of purchase.
- If you are unable to complete the course and exam in the allotted time, a one-time extension may be available under limited circumstances. Contact CE_Working_Group@capgroup.com for more information.
Registration
- Click on the “Register for QKC” button.
- By using the registration button on the left, CG will be billed directly for the cost of your enrollment materials and exam.
Content
The QKC exam focuses on types of employers, controlled groups, affiliated service groups, compensation testing, average benefits trust, general non-discrimination testing, ESOPs, fiduciary standards and prohibited transactions and distributions.
Exam Information
The exam consists of 55 multiple-choice questions, and you have 2.5 hours to complete the exam.
